Pay Pal and Google Wallet are the ONLY payment methods we allow at this time. Please make sure your shipping address is the same as your Pay Pal confirmed address. No PO Boxes, no APO (Army Post Office) addresses, please. DHL or UPS can not deliver to PO Boxes or Apo’s. Please include a note with your telephone number when making a Pay Pal payment.
Your item can not be ordered and shipped without your phone number. (To insure reliable delivery service)

We are not responsible for carrier transit times. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays.
Note that transit times may very, particularly during peak periods or bad weather conditions, and that delivery times frames will need to be extended.

We may ship each product separately from different warehouses. We utilize a number of suppliers across the world to help stock levels up. We reserve the right to ship directs from our suppliers in other locations other than the US. Buyers are responsible for local taxes or customs charges that are levied.
• How To Pay Import Taxes
• If you have to pay any tax on the goods you receive, the most common way is that the taxes are first paid at customs by the courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, and UPS) and then you simply pay back the courier using cash or your credit card, when they deliver the goods to your door. In other word pay the Tax to the Courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, and UPS) and receive the Goods.
• Whatever shipping company/courier you use, you will still need to pay something. There's no escape...

If you order two or more items, the products will be packed in their own packing but both will be sent along in a single box. You Save almost half of the duties and Taxes,

Return & refund policy
• We provide 14 days return/exchange policy for our products.
• In case of defectives found, only factory defects are accepted as the reason of return.
• The package of the returned item(s) must be completely intact, and all accessory(s) inside the package must be originally in good conditions.
• Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days from delivery date.
• In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 20% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box. There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products.
• We do not cover the postage costs for returned defective items, but we do cover the postage to send replacements back to you.
• Item returned must be received within 14 days after the receipt of the goods by buyer. No refund and only replacement is issued after this period of time.
• Please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed after it is received by us.
• We are extremely fair and will gladly work to find a solution with you.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed incorrectly due to typographical, description and/ or errors in pricing, 4mdiscount reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders with a notification email.
